  • Drove product vision, conducted research and 30+ user interviews to inform strategy, prioritized features for the short and long term roadmap and identified KPIs.

  • Built MVP to test product/market fit and secured the first customer before writing a line of code.

  • Reduced data acquisition cost by 63% by streamlining the process and establishing templates.

A mission-driven startup providing the most comprehensive database of free-from food products online.

  • Developed the vision and strategy to help the 38% of American consumers who follow a special diet discover and share the best food products to fit their dietary needs.

  • Led team of five (including two developers, one UX researcher, and two data techs) through a pivot, shifting strategy and redefining the product roadmap.

  • Designed and led 4 user tests with over 80 participants.
